Información / Information about Monohull
Monohull vessels are characterized by having a single hull. In this type of vessel, the hull is a single continuous piece that forms the main structure of the boat, in contrast to multihull vessels, such as catamarans or trimarans, which have multiple separate hulls. Monohull boats are common in both sail and motor boating and can vary in size and design, from small recreational boats to large sailboats or yachts. Monohulls typically add ballast to the bottom of the hull to enhance the stability of the vessel.
